The Factory Foundation was created in 2003 to provide free music workshops and courses for children and young people. Working in partnership with City College Manchester, Key 103 and The Community Foundation for Greater Manchester, Factory’s flagship project is Decks 4 Schools.

The Factory Foundation aspires to make a difference to the lives of our students and to show that a career in the music industry is not an exclusive right to a privileged few but there is a world of opportunity for the future.

The first phase of Decks 4 Schools is currently underway at Newhall Green and Parklands in Wythenshawe.
